Nobody wants to get injured. But nobody wants to let possible gains behind also. Its a fine line between pushing the get most out of your session and over doing it and ending up on the physio’s table. Here are some simple tips that can help you thrive in your training but also stay resilient.

3.     Warming up and stretching before exercise: Warming up and stretching can help prevent injury by preparing the body for physical activity. Activation of certain muscle groups that you will use is another benefit that is not to be over looked.
