GETTING STARTED AT RAISE THE BAR

Getting started in the gym is easy.

We walk you through the process below and make sure you know how everything works. It’s important to us that the gym and the classes are right for you. The 4-step process below is designed to make you feel comfortable, capable and welcome at Raise the Bar.

Step 1: Call down for a quick chat and see the gym.
This will take approximately 20 mins and involves filling out a screening form and Darragh running through how the gym works.  

Step 2: Goal setting and InBody Scan.
This is where you sit down with Darragh, and a 90-day target is made specific to your needs.
Exercise and nutrition modifications are recommended that will help you achieve this goal.

Step 3: Beginner focused training for a minimum for 8 weeks.
All members must join the foundation group or personal training.
These are designed to take you to a position where you are comfortable in a gym setting and competent at the basic movements.

Step 4: Advance to the Foundation Group or Personal training options.
Once you and your coach are happy that you can progress you will move into the Hybrid, Premium or Standard S&C groupd
