For Inbody scans to deliver optimum results we must make them as valid as possible.

As a client using them we should ideally do the inbody scan under the following conditions:

  • in the morning

  • fasted (both food and drinks)

  • don’t train the night before

  • stop eating at 8pm the night before

  • same week every month for females
