Joining Raise The Bar

Gyms are daunting, we get it.

No matter how much of a pep talk you give yourself, it’s still damn hard.

Going from a hesitant beginner to a fully devoted healthy person is a huge transition.

One that will change your life for the better. So, it is worth investing time and energy into the process.

Improved fitness, diet and confidence are just some of what you can expect once you commit to becoming healthier.

But the commitment piece at the start is tricky.

In a gym like Raise The Bar we are proud to say our members are generally fitter and healthier than the average.

We say that with pride because they put a lot of work in.

We don’t hide the fact that they look great and move like they did in their 20s.

But the secret that everyone forgets…. they were all beginners at some stage

They were intimidated by the gym.

They were afraid to message.

They were nervous of how they would look.

They were unsure of the exercises.

Notice how I used “were”. Past tense.

But they made the plunge, they committed, and they are now the people you see walking Tramore with smiles on their faces, choosing the healthy lunch options and buzzing to get to the next class.

You can be like them too.

We want you to do your best.

We want you to lose body fat.

We want you to be stronger and fitter.

We hit an issue over the last few months.

Integrating members into the group sessions was proving difficult, our members had been getting such amazing results that joining Raise The Bar was seen as intimidating.

The foundation group was born.
The foundation group is an affordable option to get members up to speed with how we operate at Raise The Bar.

It is a month long on-boarding coach led process designed to get you ready for semi-private or group coaching.

We cover the basics and we do them really well.

How to do the main movements, read programs and pick the right weights are just some of what we go through.

Everyone that comes to join Raise The Bar must now go through personal training or foundation training.

So that when you join the rest of our community you will be confident and competent in your abilities.

And your journey to being the best version of you starts seamlessly.

Give us a text, call or email and we will take it from there.
